They require 3 specific parts to be built. Warframes require their schematics to be found or bought first. They do equipment right - every weapon and warframe is obtainable without paying a dime, but it'll require a significant time investment to get the big stuff without paying. It's not above some of the usual F2P transgressions. Get a couple friends together and you'll end up wondering where your night went before you know it. Objectives and environmental obstructions can change and help mix up the flow as you play through each level.

Unique enemies require a change in strategy and focus fire to take down efficiently. The combat is fluid and challenging enough that all other complaints fall to the wayside in favor of being a bad motherfucker. Level variety is currently limited and the story is bare-bones, yet I'm still compelled to play because it's just so much fun. While I know there's a lot of planned content that hasn't been implemented yet, I think this game presents a great argument for solid mechanics being able to carry a game above all else.
